It is 10 feet wide with an additional 10X20 add a room which was added in 1992. There is a covered deck off of the add a room. All trailer furnishings are included.

 The site has been well maintained and has a shed, fire pit and driveway. 

Appliance, deck chairs, lawnmower and garden tools are also included.
